• Share profiles via PDF or secure links
• Track matches and communications
• Collaborate with team members

Disclaimer: Shadkhanim provides tools to facilitate matchmaking. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, matches, or compatibility between candidates.

4. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have authorization to enter data for any candidates you manage

5. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for security reasons.

6. User Obligations

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful matchmaking purposes
• Provide accurate and truthful information for all candidate profiles
• Obtain proper consent before entering anyone's personal data
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other users and candidates
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Service for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose
• Upload false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Share or sell candidate data to third parties
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes not authorized by Shadkhanim

8. Intellectual Property

Our Property: The Shadkhanim platform, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the exclusive property of Shadkhanim Ltd. All rights reserved.

Your Content: You retain ownership of Content you upload. By uploading Content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it to provide the Service.

Feedback: Any suggestions or feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

9. Subscription and Payment

Our Service is offered through subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fees
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Provide accurate billing information

10. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused features
• You can export your data before the subscription ends

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee compatibility between candidates or matchmaking success

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shadkhanim, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through account settings.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which it will be deleted.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation
• If unresolved, binding arbitration in Tel Aviv, Israel

For EU users, this does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection laws.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
